
From June 15 to 17, Karim Sadjadpour met with students, researchers and fellow experts to share his views on the consequences of a possible nuclear agreement between the P5+1 and Iran, focusing on how this might impact U.S. – Iran relations and Iran’s role in the Middle East. Sadjadpour engaged in discussions at the U.S. Embassy in Bern, the Swiss Federal Office of Foreign Affairs, ETH Center of Security Studies, and ended his tour with a panel discussion with former Swiss Ambassador to Iran Livia Leu in an event organized by Swiss think-tank Foraus. Sadjadpour, senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, was in Switzerland as part of the State Department’s Expert Speaker Program.
