Cheryl Edison from Silicon Valley Gave a Workshop at the University of Liechtenstein

On Wednesday, 5 December, Cheryl Edison, serial entrepreneur and currently creator of “maker spaces” (or startup communities) from Silicon Valley, gave a workshop at the University of Liechtenstein.  The 25 participants were master students Architecture or Entrepreneurship from at least ten different countries. During the interactive workshop, Cheryl talked about being an entrepreneur; the importance of creating a personal brand, particularly for architects; the necessary elements for investor pitches; and how to define what kind of business to found. The students actively participated in the event and clearly enjoyed the interactive way of teaching.
