Francesca Chaney, 24 Year old chef and businesswoman from New York City, shares her story of becoming a female entrepreneur with young Swiss women at Impact Hub Bern
The U.S. Embassy in Bern is proud to support Francesca Chaney, 24-year-old chef and owner of Sol Sips in New York City, as the guest speaker at Impact Hub Bern’s “Girls Getting Started” female entrepreneurship program on September 16. Solsips is a community-focused, vegan restaurant in Brooklyn, New York aimed at making healthy food accessible to all. Among her numerous community-building programs, Francesca provides cooking classes in hospitals and schools, and administers an internship to support budding entrepreneurs from minority communities by offering training and advice on the challenges of starting a business.
