If you are registered to vote in the State of Georgia or in the 5th Congressional District of Louisiana, you may be eligible to vote in the upcoming runoff elections.
More information on the runoff elections in Georgia can be found here: https://www.fvap.gov/georgia and in Louisiana here: https://www.fvap.gov/louisiana.
Remember U.S. embassies and consulates are not polling places; same-day in-person voting is not available outside the United States – but you can get assistance in requesting and returning your absentee ballot. Ballot deadlines in December and January depend on the state and type of runoff election – see the above links for more details. Please note that American citizens who will turn 18 before the date of the election may be eligible to register to vote and cast their ballots.
