William Carter Expert on Policy and Strategy in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence on Speaking Tour in Switzerland

With support of U.S. Embassy Bern, William Carter, deputy director of the Technology Policy Program at CSIS, will be in Switzerland next week for several speaking engagements. Mr. Carter’s research focuses on international cyber and technology policy issues, including artificial intelligence, surveillance and privacy, data localization, cyber conflict and deterrence, financial sector cybersecurity, and law enforcement and technology, including encryption.
